Terms & Conditions.
These Terms & Conditions apply for three lodges
commercialised by ECOTONE, such as Soqtapata,
Manu Bio Lodge and Manu Learning Center
FITS (From 1 to 3 rooms)
To confirm a reservation, we require passenger's full name. If
this information is not provided at the booking request, the
space will be held for a maximum of 7 calendar days as a
courtesy booking. If the full names are not provided within this
period, the system will automatically release the blocked
space(s).
CONFIRMED reservations must be RE-CONFIRMED 30 days
before the travel date. To RE-CONFIRM your reservation, you
must submit the final rooming list together with final payment.*
GROUPS (From 4 rooms or more)
To keep a CONFIRMED booking, the preliminary rooming list
shall be sent within the below period
60 days before the check-in date for reservations of 4
rooms.
90 days before the check-in date for reservations of 5 or
more rooms.
RE-CONFIRMATION + Final rooming list must be sent 45 days
before the check-in date.
SERIES
CONFIRMED SERIES must be submitted within the following
period
Preliminary Rooming List: 90 days before the check-in date%
Final Rooming List: 45 days before the check-in date.
IMPORTANT: For groups and series of 4 or more rooms, a non-
refundable prepayment of 20% must be paid along with the
sending of the rooming list, under the deadlines shown in the
Prepayments, Deadlines, and Penalties table below.
A maximum of 2 No Name rooms is allowed.
A maximum of 3 single rooms per group or series is
permitted.
PREPAYMENT, DEADLINES AND PENALTIES.
CANCELL ATIONS
FITS:
Cancellations made wit hin 30 days of t he travel date will fall in
full penalties. These cancellations will be considered as “No
Show.”
GROUPS AND SERIES:
Cancellations made wit hin 45 days will fall in full penalties.
These cancellations will be considered as “No Show.”
NO SHOW
Any reser vation cancellation after t he FINAL PAYMENT is
considered a No-Show. Any room wit h t his status will be
automatically added back to t he hotel’s inventor y, meaning t he
agency will lose t he right to use it.
L AST MINUTE BOOKINGS
Reser vations received wit hin for ty-five (45) days before t he
arrival date must be 100% paid wit hin t he deadline designated
by our reser vations agent at t he time of confirmation.
Additionally, t he Final and complete Rooming List must be
provided.
DEADLINES
The system will automatically release t he blocked rooms
wit hout prior notice from t he reser vations depar tment if t he
rooming list is not received by t he specified dates.

The rooming list must contain t he following information
Full names`
ID number`
Nationality`
Bir t h date`
Arrival / Depar ture flight information to/from Cusco,
toget her wit h record locator numbe8
Meal restrictions and any physical conditions we need to be
aware of
Shoe size based on European standard size
SERVICES EXEMPTION (DL 919)
All exempt guests must present t heir original passpor t and
Andean Migration Card upon arrival at our lodges for t he
necessar y photocopies to be taken. Passpor t copies will not be
accepted due to current legal regulations.
If a guest does not provide t he required documentation for an
exemption, or if t heir stay in t he countr y exceeds 60 days from
t heir arrival to Peru, t he applicable IGV tax will be charged
direct ly to t he traveler.
CHILD POLICY
Not recommended for children under five (5) years old.
For children aged six (6) to eleven (11) years old, a 50%
discount will be applied to t he published rate (Rack Rate),
according to t he room categor y chosen by t he parents. The
discount applies if t he child is accompanied by one or two
adults in t he same cabin, using an extra bed for t he child’s stay
– a maximum of one child per cabin or room is allowed.
